		<description>Re Barclays Bank - today it finally worked! I can now pay the bills.  It has taken them from 5 October to 16 November to get this sorted.  I have called at least once a week every week for the past five weeks and spent a minimum of half an hour and a mamimum of an hour and half every time I have talked to them.  I have been given four different names for my &quot;relationship manager&quot; all of whom were supposed to call me back at various times (only one did - the one whose answering machine said it was the 3rd of January - but it he wasn&#039;t actually my relationship manager).  I could go on, but I won&#039;t.  Every call to their 0845 number has cost at least £1.  They asked me last week if I wanted to complain.  I said &quot;yes please&quot; and they said they would write.  You won&#039;t be surprised to know I am still waiting to hear from them.....</description>
